All of our technical support professionals have extensive experience in the field or experience training customers on how to use ASI products. Whenever we can, we strive to answer your question during your initial call or with your first email. If not, you have our promise that we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.
ASI support team members have the option to use WebEx technology to connect to your PC—with your permission—and view your screen in real-time; you can even grant your support representative control of your cursor in order to speedily and effectively resolve your issue. In addition, engineering assistance is available in-house if third-level support is required.
Technical support is available by phone during normal business hours (Pacific time), or by email, and an online knowledge base is always available to authorized resellers. You can also access the ASI forums to ask questions to our technical team and get advice from other system integrators.
Training for Success
ASI Controls provides free online training via WebEx. Classes are scheduled on a rotating basis, and video+audio recordings of the sessions are posted online for users to download and review to enable independent learning on your own schedule. We actively encourage newer resellers to come to us for free online training to help them through their first projects. We strive to quickly deliver as much comprehensive training as you need to enable you to complete projects on time.
An extensive online tutorial is freely available for users who want to learn the basics at their own pace, right in their web browser. The tutorial covers the fundamentals of configuring ASI controllers.
ASI resellers can also participate in an online forum, where they can post questions and answers, exchange sequences (any configuration sequence can be saved as a “function group” and be exported or imported in Visual Expert configuration software), share tips and strategies, and otherwise benefit from the collective experience and knowledge within the ASI community.
