Starting Monday, July 11th our new hours for telephone technical support will be from 7am (Pacific) to 4pm (Pacific), one hour earlier than the prior schedule.
The new Technical Support phone hours are intended to improve coverage for customers in Eastern and Central time zones. We are offering the new schedule on a trial basis, and will evaluate whether to continue with these new hours of operation or make further changes based on usage and customer feedback.
