    ASI ZoneDial software enables users to make and manage requests for afterhours overrides on an ASI Controls digital control system. A typical scenario is in an office building where the property manager charges an hourly fee to tenants for afterhours A/C, heating, and/or lighting services.     Tenants using the web interface can pre-schedule overrides any time in the future, and can schedule up to 1 month ahead using the phone interface. They can also review a chronologically sorted list of pending override requests, cancel any future requests before they are executed, and optionally be allowed to curtail a currently active override. Tenants can optionally be granted the ability to shorten an active override after it has already started.

    The user interface can be extensively customized including site-specific header and footer text on web pages, option for view zones by number or by name, and the option to hide or show selected details on invoices. Tenant administrative users can optionally be allowed to create, edit, and delete user logins for their organization, freeing building management resources from day-to-day administrative tasks. Tenant users can view reports including their login history, past activation requests, and their future schedule for overrides.

    With the ZoneDial configuration interface, you can easily add, edit, delete or move tenants, users, schedules, rates and other necessary data. The configuration interface prints individually customized instruction cards for each user, and can print a card for every user with 1 click. Each user card includes the user's access phone number, name, company name, passcode, accessible zones, and the occupancy schedule for the company.

    Tenants, Users, and Zones can be imported from CSV-format data files or input via the user interface. CSV-format data can be exported from Microsoft Excel and many other programs. In addition to Tenants, Users and Zones, the user has to define one or more Schedules and billing Rates. Optional data includes defining the dates for Holidays, and some run-time parameters including the invoice return address, maximum duration for a phone call, number of times a prompt should be repeated, etc.

    ZoneDial records each step of a user’s interaction with the system, providing detailed information to resolve billing questions. ZoneDial does not allow user passwords to be re-used, even after a user is deleted from the system, to ensure individidual accountability.
